Yes it is very much possible to replace discrimination with respect for example; discrimination is a act of showing hatred toward someone and not accepting or respecting who they are or for whom they want to be, and respect is basically someone who is not only accepting but is ready to be for someone and is ready to help or encourage someone. So Yes discrimination can be fully replaced if all human beings learn how to have boundaries and respect, life is all about learning and overcoming.

The ______ component of an attitude consists of the beliefs and knowledge one has about a situation.
Oduvanchick [21]

The answer is: Cognitive component

The cognitive component of an attitude covers what we thought, believe, and perceive the situation around us.

The knowledge that we have related to the situation will make us either understand the cause of the situation, the future consequences, and the things that we can do to handle the situation. By knowing these things, the way we see the situation around us would be vastly different compared to those who do not have the information.
