Photosynthesis allows plants, algae and certain bacteria to turn sunlight into chemical energy. The amazing feat is achieved because sunlight can fuel a reaction between water and carbon dioxide that, in turn, produces carbohydrates (simple sugars) and oxygen.

How do organs grow to the correct shape and size?
seropon [69]

Answer:

The size of a given axis can be changed in two ways during organ development. Cells can be rearranged first. Second, cell division orientation can be regulated. As a result, genes that control the direction of mitotic spindles may play a role in organ form.

Use the drop-down menus to identify the types of convergent boundaries labeled A, B, And C.
algol [13]
Oceanic-continental convergence occurs when an oceanic plate and a continental plate converge. They are pushed together and the oceanic plate is forced to go under the continental plate. So based on the diagram, this convergence occurred in letter B.

Oceanic-oceanic convergence occurs when two oceanic plates collide into one another. The oceanic plate that is older, denser and/or colder will be the plate that will go under the other. It will be forced down into the mantle. So in our diagram, this occurs in letter A.

Continental-continental convergence occurs when two continental plates converge. In this case, the plates push up against each other and create mountain ranges. Unlike the other two, they do not sink down, the movement is upwards. This occurs in the area C of your diagram.

Please help with these questions :)
Verdich [7]
Answer and explanation

1. Cloning differs from budding as it generates a genetically identical COPY of a cell or organism while budding produces a genetically identical offspring.
2. Firstly it can take place quickly, allowing the pioneer species to establish themselves in their new habitat, out competing slowly -reproducing species.
Secondly since all the offspring are genetically alike, it ensures that if the parents are successful in their habitat, the offspring will also be successful, provided environmental conditions do not change .
3. Plant cloning uses one of the plant organs can be roots , stem and etc ..while animal cloning only uses a single cell
