revision basically when you taking a test and the teacher asks you to go back and look over your answers. Revision means to reconsider or change something and revising is different from editing because revising is just going back and making any change, like adding something or removing something to make it better and editing is like checking your grammars and if you have any mistakes.

During revising, you add, cut, move, or change information in order to improve content. During editing, you take a second look at the words and sentences you used to express your ideas and fix any problems in grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure.
