Answer:

Blood and carbon dioxide accompanying the expiration of breath brings bedbugs to mammals. They can feed on any animal, although human blood appears to attract them the most. Bedbugs often rely on these factors to find a suitable host for feeding.

Explanation:

Bedbugs are parasites that rely on blood to survive. They can feed on the blood of any mammal, although they appear to prefer the blood of humans. They are attracted to the warmth surrounding mammalian bodies and the carbon dioxide present in breath expiration. It is usually these factors that guide bedbugs to locate a suitable host for feeding. DOES THIS HELP?

Anyone know about cellular respiration? Please help me label, 60 points!
matrenka [14]

Answer:

Mitochondria- glycolysis

ATP synthase- converts ADP to ATP

Inner membrane- electron transport chain

Matrix- krebs cycle

Explanation:

The mitochondria forms the fundamental site for glycolysis. The glucose is broken down enzymatically to produce carbon dioxide, water and ATP. The krebs cycle is the first stage of aerobic respiration. It takes place in the mitochondrial matrix. ATP synthase is an enzyme that generates ATP during the process of cellular respiration. ATP synthase forms ATP from ADP and an inorganic phosphate (Pi) through oxidative phosphorylation. The mitochondrial inner membrane is the site of the electron transport chain, an important step in aerobic respiration. Energy obtained through the transfer of electrons down the ETC is used to pump protons from the matrix into the intermembrane space, creating an electrochemical proton gradient generating ATP.

Which one of the following events occurs first in a nerve impulse
bazaltina [42]
Since you left off the choices, I have to just present the facts of what occurs first in the nerve impusle. The first thing that will is happen is the sodium ios will move to the inside of the nueron. The second step is the potassium ions will move to the inside of the neuron. After those move into the nueron, calcium will then move into the nueron. Both the sodium and potassium have 1 postive charge. While the calcium ion has 2 positive charges.
