The boy applying the input force moves so that he is 1.5m from the fulcrum. the seesaw applies an output force to the other boy

Mechanical advantage is defined as the ratio of output force and input force

so we can say it is

\eta = \frac{F_{out}}{F_{in}}

now here we know that on a see saw torque is balanced

so we can say

F_1r_1 = F_2r_2

so here it is given as

F_{in}\times 1.5 = F_{out} \times 2

so here we can say

\eta = \frac{F_{out}}{F_{in}} = 0.75

so mechanical advantage will be 0.75

Answer:

-16°C

Explanation:

PV = nRT

V and n are constant.

P / T = P / T

(2 atm + 1 atm) / (266 K) = (1.9 atm + 1 atm) / T

T = 257.1 K

T = -16°C

When atoms get more and more energy, they can ionize. What can happen to a gas as more energy is added to its atoms?
Ulleksa [173]

Answer: Option (A) is the correct answer.

Explanation:

When more and more energy is provided to a gas then its atoms move more rapidly.

This rapid and continuous movement converts the gas into hot ionized ions which have positively charged ions and negatively charged electrons.

Therefore, we can conclude that as the atoms move faster, the gas can change into a plasma.

A body moves in a straight line. At time, it's acceleration is given by a = 12t + 1. When t =0, the velocity of the body v is 2
madreJ [45]

Answer:

v = 6t² + t + 2, s = 2t³ + ½ t² + 2t

59 m/s, 64.5 m

Explanation:

a = 12t + 1

v = ∫ a dt

v = 6t² + t + C

At t = 0, v = 2.

2 = 6(0)² + (0) + C

2 = C

Therefore, v = 6t² + t + 2.

s = ∫ v dt

s = 2t³ + ½ t² + 2t + C

At t = 0, s = 0.

0 = 2(0)³ + ½ (0)² + 2(0) + C

0 = C

Therefore, s = 2t³ + ½ t² + 2t.

At t = 3:

v = 6(3)² + (3) + 2 = 59

s = 2(3)³ + ½ (3)² + 2(3) = 64.5
