Early people lived in both Egypt and Kush in the B.C. centuries (I'm not that about the time period) Egyptians starting making the first early architecture, technology, art, medicines, along with many other things that made sense as to their early time frame. Later on, people started going to Kush and evolved even more influenced by their beliefs, other early civilizations, and their early inventions. Kush is located in our modern day Egypt and most ancient artifacts along with architecture still stand there. People also may follow some of the old traditions of the economy because this is where people first originated, grown, and evolved.
It was the Lend-Lease Act, which was passed by the U.S. Congress in March of 1941. The policy allowed the country to support foreign nations with supplies and weaponery for battle. It was absolutely crucial for America to be able to <u>push its military weight where they deemed convenient without having to extend into confrontation themselves</u> during World War II. The power was given to the President to authorize the lending and leasing.
