Well, in the first World War, Germany lost the war because of the Jewish. Another reason would be that Hitler used myths and lies, and used anti-semitism to his advantage, with myths like how the Jews killed Jesus Christ(when it was actually the Romans) So because of religious prejudice and a long history of anti-semitism made them prime targets.
