Answer:

B and D

Step-by-step explanation:

B.cos²3x-sin²3x=cos6x   ( as cos²a -sin² a = cos 2a)

D.(sinx+cosx)²=sin²x+cos²x+2sinxcosx=1+sin2x

Solve for x 3x + 3 - x + (-7) >6
PSYCHO15rus [73]
I think it is x > 5 because if you combine like terms you would get 2x-4>6 then you add 4 To 6 which is 10 then you do 10÷2 which is 5

9 minus 3 divided by 1/3 plus 1 (solve using B.O.D.M.A.S. procedure)
Citrus2011 [14]
9 - 3 ÷ 1/3 + 1
BODMAS says that the first thing we do in this is the division (D), so 3 ÷ 1/3 = 9
9 - 9 + 1
Now we do the addition, 9 + 1 = 10
9 - 10 = -1
So your final answer is -1, I hope this helps!

A recipe uses 2 cups of flour to make 18 cupcakes. How much flour is needed to make 27 cupcakes?
drek231 [11]

Answer:

3 cups

Step-by-step explanation:

we can solve this by setting up ratios

\frac{2 cups}{18 cupcakes} = \frac{x}{27 cupcakes}

cross multiply:

(2)(27) = 18x

54 = 18x

solve for x

x = 3 cups

each of the letters in the word SAMSUNG are on separate cards, face down on the table. If you pick a card at random, what is the
shutvik [7]
There are 7 cards. The number of possible correct picks is 2 (if you pick an 'S') plus 1 (if you pick the 'U') = 3 ways to succeed. So the probability of success is 3/7 ... about 43% .

Does anyone know how to do these? I'm having a hard time and you guys are very helpful.
n200080 [17]

Ok so keep in mind, we are solving for x or z. We want to get it by itself.

So, with 6x= 5x+22, we need to subtract 5x from both sides of the = sign

So 6x - 5x = 1x.

Our new equation looks like 1x= 22

We still don't have x alone so we need to divide one on both sides of the =

Our new and final answer is x=22
