She can make 14 hamburgers with the meat she has, and 18 sliders. You divide 3.92 by 0.28 to get the hamburgers and since a slider uses half of the burger meat it would be 0.28 divided by 2 = 0.14 so then you do 3.92 divided by 0.14 to find the slider amount

PLEASE HELP!!!! i REALLY NEED TO GET THIS DONE AND AM HAVING TROUBLE WITH THIS ONE!!!!
zubka84 [21]

Answer:

a[n] = a[n-1]×(4/3)

a[1] = 1/2

Step-by-step explanation:

The terms of a geometric sequence have an initial term and a common ratio. The common ratio multiplies the previous term to get the next one. That sentence describes the recursive relation.

The general explicit term of a geometric sequence is ...

 a[n] = a[1]×r^(n-1) . . . . . where a[1] is the first term and r is the common ratio

Comparing this to the expression you are given, you see that ...

 a[1] = 1/2

 r = 4/3

(You also see that parenthses are missing around the exponent expression, n-1.)

A recursive rule is defined by two things:

 1. the starting value(s) for the recursive relation
 2. the recursive relation relating the next term to previous terms

The definition of a geometric sequence tells you the recursive relation is:

 the next term is the previous one multiplied by the common ratio.

In math terms, this looks like

 a[n] = a[n-1]×r

Using the value of r from above, this becomes ...

 a[n] = a[n-1]×(4/3)

Of course, the starting values are the same for the explicit rule and the recursive rule:

 a[1] = 1/2

Find a polynomial f(x) of degree 3 that has the following zeros.
JulijaS [17]

Answer:

f(x) = x(x - 4)(x + 3)

Step-by-step explanation:

given f(x) with zeros x = a and x = b then the corresponding factors are

(x - a) and (x - b)

f(x) is then the product of these factors

Given zeros are x = 4, x = 0, x = - 3 then the factors are

(x - 4) , (x - 0), (x - (- 3)) , that is

(x - 4) , x , (x + 3)

f(x) = x(x - 4)(x + 3)

The expected value is the found by multiplying the probability by the number in the sample:

(1/200)×600
= (1/200)×(600/1)
= (1×600)/(200×1)
= 600/200 = 3

100% of Kerion's paper squares are:
(100% / 100%) = 1
Half of the squares of your paper are colored blue:
(1) / (2) = 1/2
Of the blue squares, 1/3 of them will also have stripes:
(1/2) * (1/3) = 1/6
answer
A fraction of (1/6) squares will be blue with strips
