3. Take care of your body: Taking care of yourself physically can improve your mental health. Be sure to:

Eat nutritious meals, Avoid cigarettes, Drink plenty of water etc.

Physical health

1. Exercise regularly: Take a walk, ride a bike, or jog around the neighborhood. During inclement weather, head to the local mall or exercise at home.

2. Get a goodnight sleep: Sleep allows the body to restore itself, cells to repair themselves, and the brain to reboot. Seven or eight hours each night should do the trick.

3. Drink more water and fewer sugary drinks: Staying properly hydrated helps the body's cells to function more efficiently. Cutting back on sugary drinks is good for your dental health, your weight, and your budget.

Physical fitness

1. Balance: exercises can make it easier to walk on uneven surfaces and help prevent falls. To improve your balance, try tai chi or exercises like standing on one leg

2. Flexibility: exercises stretch your muscles and can help your body stay limber. Yoga and doing various stretches can make you more flexible.

3. Strength, or resistance training: exercises make your muscles stronger. Some examples are lifting weights and using a resistance band.

If meats come from animals that were raised without antibiotics or hormones, which of the following terms can legally appear on
jarptica [38.1K]

Organic and Natural are the legal terms used If meats come from animals that were raised without antibiotics or hormones

Explanation:

Meat, poultry, eggs, and dairy products labeled “organic” have must come from an animal that is managed without "antibiotics, combined growth hormones, mammalian byproducts, or other forbidden fodder ingredients". They are also labeled as "Natural".

According to USDA, “natural” meat and animal farm products should not include synthetic pigments, unnatural flavorings, chemicals or other synthetic components, and they should be “minimally treated”. However, this label does not reveal how the animals were grown, what they were served if antibiotics or hormones were used, or other perspectives of production that purchasers might reasonably expect from something designated “natural.”

Why is attitude an important fitness level factor to consider?
Anestetic [448]

Answer:

The energy you channel to get into a mindset will affect the way you assess the particular task you delegate for yourself, fitness-related ones especially. The more positive you are, the more energy and adrenaline you'll have, whereas if you're grudgingly getting into fitness, there's more of a possibility of putting it aside and eventually just not doing it.
