The interval is A6.

Explanation: count the spaces between the notes starting from the root. (There are 6 spaces between the root and the 2nd note) And augmented intervals are one half step higher than major intervals. In this case the major interval would’ve been E natural instead of E#. So since E# is one half step higher than E, the answer is Augmented6. Hope this helps! :)
