This statement is false.

Age does not dictate cardio-respiratory fitness levels. Every one, regardless of their age, has a specific level of fitness which is dependent on their state of health, genetics, lifestyle and so forth.  Age is not a factor in fitness.

Every age level has its advantages. Physical fitness can be improved at almost all ages.

Each sex has a different advantage. Legally, women have the potential for a higher level of physical fitness than men.

3. Somatotype or body shape

Good physical fitness can be achieved with any body shape according to its potential.

4. Health conditions

Physical fitness cannot be maintained if the body's health is not good or sick.

5. Nutrition

6. Bodyweight

Ideal body weight and excessive or less will be able to do the work easily and efficiently.
