Hi so this is not homework but I wanted to ask, If i wanted to paint someone elses drawing I saw on the internet only for my roo

m, can I do that? or is it considered bad
*btw Im asking bc i wanted to paint someones fanart of a character i liked, but i wont sell it or say its my art its just for decoration
