The consequences of the behavior that either increases the probability of that behavior in the future. For example, if Rita bites the nails, she does not like a conscious or unconscious decision to relieve the anxiety but because the behavior is rewarding for Rita in someway. Skinner's radical behaviorism shows the orderly relations between behavior and the environment.
