Para saber esto, debemos plantearlo por medio de un sistema de ecuaciones. En este caso las incógnitas serían el tipo de habitación, es decir, una será la habitación doble, y la otra la individual.

X: habitaciones individuales

Y: habitaciones dobles

Sabiendo eso, sabemos que sumando ambos tipos de habitaciones, dan el total de 120, por tanto, la primera ecuación será:

x + y = 120  (1)

Para la segunda ecuación, sabemos que hay 195 camas en total, que deben distribuirse en los dos tipos de habitaciones, en una habitación doble van 2 camas, mientras que en una individual va 1, por tanto:

x + 2y = 195   (2)

Ahora que tenemos las dos ecuaciones, solo resta resolverlo por alguno de los métodos conocidos de sistema de ecuaciones. En este caso, como las ecuaciones son sencillas podemos usar el método de reducción.
