They sold 350 bars at $1 dollar each to collect $350.
350 \times 1 = 350
Since you make 50 cents per every dollar.
Therefore you make half of the money collected.
1 - .50 = .50
So, you take 350 and divide it by 2.
350 \div 2 = 175
You would make $175 profit.

Since it’s 50 censer to the dollar you would just divide 350 by 2 which is 175

Find (f*g)(x) when f(x)=x^2-7x+12 and g(x)=3/x^2-16
IgorC [24]

The answer is:  (f*g)(x)= \frac{3x-9}{x+4}

<u><em>Explanation</em></u>

Given functions are.......

f(x)=x^2-7x+12

g(x)= \frac{3}{x^2-16}

For finding (f*g)(x) , we just <u>need to multiply the two functions</u> f(x) and g(x). So......

(f*g)(x)= f(x)*g(x)\\ \\ (f*g)(x)= (x^2-7x+12)(\frac{3}{x^2-16})\\ \\ (f*g)(x)= [(x-3)(x-4)][\frac{3}{(x+4)(x-4)}]\\ \\ (f*g)(x)= \frac{3(x-3)}{x+4} = \frac{3x-9}{x+4}

Answer:

The equation is y=-1/2x-4

Step-by-step explanation:

(-4,-2) m=-1/2

y=mx+b

Based on the data in this two-way table, if a flower is picked at random, what is the probability of getting a yellow flower?
adelina 88 [10]
The sample space of the problem includes all the roses and hibiscus in a variety of colors. The sample space is equal to 315 flowers. There are 20 pink roses in the table so the probability of taking a pink rose out of the set is 20/315 or equal to 0.063
