Answer:

3. A = (0,-3)

    B = (4,-2)

   C = (-1,1)

4. A = (0,-6)

    B = (4,-5)

   C = (-1,-2)

Step-by-step explanation:

3) Reverse coordinates (-3,0), (-2,4), (1,-1) to A=(0,-3), B=(4,-2), C=(-1,1).

4) These coordinates (0,-3), (4,-2), (-1,1) need to be moved 3 units down.

So number four answer is A=(0,-6), B=(4,-5), C=(-1,-2).

I hope this helped you.

I believe that B) m<3 would need to double. Since m<6 and m<3 are corresponding angles, they are always equal. So if 6 doubles, 3 needs to as well in order to be equal.

PLEASE HELP ASAP

What is the missing statement for the sixth step in the proof below?
alexira [117]

Answer:

C

Step-by-step explanation:

The last reasoning is the side angle side theorem. In the whole proof, there is no mention of an angle. So the answer has to involve prooving that the angle in between the two sides that have been proven similar is the same in both traingles. This is best accomplished by statement C.

Anna enjoys dinner at a restaurant in Washington DC where the sales tax on meals is 5%. She leave a 20% tip on the price of her
Maru [420]

Answer:

52.40

Step-by-step explanation:

Discussion

Suppose the meal starts out as x.

She pays 5% of x as a sales tax

So that brings the total up to 100% + 5% = 105%

Before paying, she pays 20% on x as her tip. The tax does not touch the tip.

So that brings the total up to 100% + 5% + 20% = 125% of this is based on x, the cost of the meal.

So 125% of x = 65.50                          change the % to a fraction

125/100 * x = 65.50                             Multiply both sides by 100/125

125/100 * 100/125x = 100/125 * 65.50

x = 100/125 * 65.50                             Multiply by 100

x = 6550 / 125                                     Divide by 125

Check

Tax = 5% * 52.40 = 5/100 * 52.40 = 2.62

Tip = 20%*52.40 = 20/100 * 52.40=10.48

Meal =                                               52.40

Total 65.50 Just as it should
