Migration is generally caused when people did not get the resources at the same place so they migrate to other places for the same resources. The reason is same with rich and educated people. Though they are rich and educated but what drive them to foreign countries is for seeking a better life, employment, better educational facilities, safety, social environment and financial stability. Rich people have a lot of money so they can buy a better lifestyle which they might think they can not get in their own country. Most of the countries are developing and has many social and political issues which sometimes creates religious tension among the population such as in India, for religious freedom also many people migrate to foreign where they do not face such religious or social tension.
The federal government would've lost all control and the United States probably would've broken up because they all would have their own opinions and thought they could do it on their own with no help from the other states.
