hing I can do? I always hear about weight loss. What do I do in the morning to build muscle? I do cycling so I am going to do that but in terms of eating? etc?
For in terms of eating consume some carbohydrates for energy an hour before you start working out. Stay well hydrated at all times of the day to help flush out the bad and keep your metabolism up. Adding lemon to your water is great for your health/metabolism. Yoga is a great way to build muscle. People under estimate yoga so much. It helps with your flexibility, muscle build and mind and body control.
Things like running around the house will not be done as a kid, since as a kid you were way more energetic, but now as a young adult that may not be the case.
Stay with them and call for help. You would call for help since you're not a medical professional and you don't know how to properly help them. Also there is a possibility that nothing is wrong with them but its better to be safe than sorry.
