I would tell the Slavs that our god is actually the same as their gods and that we name it differently and present him in a diffferent light and that he has shown us the right way and that they should subject tmeselves to his will which will save them from eternal hell.
The one who is responsible for scheduling the bills for the floor debate in the senate is the Senate Majority Leader.
So before the bills scheduling, each party will choose / elects a senate party leader to represent them.
These senate majority leaders later will be responsible to control the agenda of the debate floor
