Answer:

LINGUISTIC DETERMINISM PREDICTS THAT THE LANGUAGE SHAPES ONE'S THINKING.

Explanation:

Linguistic determinism is the idea that language and its structures limit and determine human knowledge or thought, as well as thought processes such as categorization, memory, and perception. The term implies that people who speak different languages as their mother tongues have different thought processes.

Linguistic Determinism suggests that one's language determines the ways one's mind constructs categories.

Some instructors use "he" when referring to psychologists and "she" when referring to adminstrative assistant, because of this, students automatically assign the role of psychologists to men (he) and the role of adminstrative assistant to women (she); this is because their language has shaped their thinking.

Therefore, in students' minds, they automatically think of psychologists as men and administrative assistants as women because LINGUISTIC DETERMINISM PREDICTS THAT THE LANGUAGE SHAPES ONE'S THINKING.

Arizona was a significant Supreme Court case that ruled that a defendant's statements to authorities are inadmissible in court unless the defendant has been informed of their right to have an attorney present during questioning and an understanding that anything they say will be held against them.

2.The Miranda warning, which also can be referred to as a person's Miranda rights, is a right to silence warning given by police in the United States to criminal suspects in police custody (or in a custodial interrogation) before they are interrogated to preserve the admissibility of their statements against them in criminal proceedings.

Into which genre should a book or film about President Kennedy be placed?
Nat2105 [25]
Hi!

We're going to be covering this under non-fiction. Non-fiction covers real world events, which actually happened.

Fiction will focus on imaginary scenarios, people, places, etc. Since President Kennedy was a real person, this will be non-fiction.

Other more specific possibilities could be a biography or a documentary.

Hopefully, this helps! =)
