I am sorry if my answer was wrong but i got this .

The total perimeter is 66.
assume the width is x
The length will be 2x - 9 .

Thus ,

(2x-9) + (2x-9) + x + x = 66
2x - 9 + 2x - 9 + 2x = 66
6x - 18 = 66
x = 14

Thus the width is 14 ,
the length is 2x - 9 , 2(14) - 9 = 19
