Aleks [24]

In this question, it is given that

the product of two numbers is 36 and there GCF is 9.

The formula that relates product of two numbers, GCF and LCM is

Substituting the given values of the product and GCF, we will get

Dividing both sides by 9

max drove 460 miles in 8 hours at a constant speed. How long would it take him to drive 661.25 miles at that speed? speed=d/t Ti
Verizon [17]

Answer:

x = 11.5 hours

Step-by-step explanation:

Set up a proportion:

\frac{460}{8} = \frac{661.25}{x}

661.25/460 = 1.4375

Multiply 8 by 1.4375 to find x:

8(1.4375) = 11.5

x = 11.5 hours
