I think i lost my bestfriend. My bf is stressin me out. have to go to cout becuase i dont wanna live with my dad. I cant think or sleep. help me please

I am so so sorry, i know what it feels like to lose a friend. the advice i was given was to be nice to them even if they are mean to you and try to get your mind off it. i can suggest listening to music and watching minecraft twitch streamers like tommyinnit dreamwastaken and georgenotfound seriously, they help anxiety and boredom. try to stay calm when in court and if you look it up on the internet, there is a military method to sleep that makes me settle down to sleep. then you can take deep breaths and maybe listen to white noise or music. so so sorry this is happening to you :((
