Nomads became Villagers because they figured out Farming and didn't have to go from place to place hunting. So the villages had farms which led to (surplus) (extra food) and surplus led to growing populations and that led to civilizations.

Graham Sumner is known for his tendencies to defend extreme freedom. Socialism prevents this perspective because it plans the economy. Manifest destiny prevents this perspective because it defends a kind of determinism and the Gospel of Wealth ends up falling into the same mistakes. Sumner would be closer to the idea of "Laissez-faire," since he is also known as a type of libertarian and would therefore defend the free market.

The owner could advertise a sale and try to sell as many pairs of shoes as possible before the recession comes and prices fall even more. Then, when the recession hits a trough, the owner could use the money from this sale to expand the warehouse while costs are at their lowest point. The owner must be sure to plan for falling demand.
