Does anyone know how to write an essay about the time you were proud?

Answer:

I'd suggest taking some time to reflect on a moment when you truly felt proud. Think of a memory you love to look back on, or one that fills you with confidence.

Begin with the thesis statement. An Introductory paragraph detailing what's about to come. Spend your time (or the next one or two paragraphs) describing the event and especially how it made you feel.

Usually, the fourth paragraph of an essay is reserved for the rebuttal section. This is where you make a counter-argument contradicting what you have written, but also using it to boost your point, emotions, and story further.

Then, write the conclusion. Take a while to look back on what you have written and briefly describe it (and why it matters to you, and why it fits the theme/prompt, etc.)

— I hope this helps :] Brainliest appreciated

The president of the company__with the treasurer to steal the funds.
MatroZZZ [7]
The answer is 'colluded', because it means that they schemed to do it secretly. The other options aren't possible here, and most of them are adjectives, and you need a verb.

If you discovered that one of your top interview candidates had an unprofessional web site what would you do?
VLD [36.1K]
I would assess this info in the context of the work expected from them. Are they building websites for you? While the site appearance does reflect somewhat on their image, it may have little or nothing to do with their value otherwise.

How does the following poem express the beliefs of the humanist movement? Sonnet 4 from Astrophil and Stella by Sir Philip Sidne
kow [346]
If your options are:
A) It emphasizes the fulfillment of worldly love.
B) It mentions religious institutions such as the Catholic Church.
C) It emphasizes the superiority of virtue.
D) It uses reason to make its point.
The correct answer should be A) It emphasizes the fulfillment of worldly love. Humanism is all about being human, as its name suggests. This sonnet emphasizes it because the speaker is divided between traditional, medieval, religious notion of Virtue, and his earthly, human desire. Furthermore, he explicitly says that he is weary of Virtue and its rigid and stern demands.
