Why is hitler blame the jews and what did he refer to them as in his book the mein kampf

Hitler blamed the Jews because he wanted his "perfect" image of Germany and Jews were not a part of that so he had to have a plan get rid of them and that was in his plan and he had to convince German citizens of it.
