Panera bread earns the trust of its public. Some of the ways can be:

1.

Panera bread Company should maintain its values and quality. They should always try to add new varieties and flavors to their product and the price should be affordable. So that a middle-class person can also afford that product.

2.

Panera bread company should be fair and must do corporate social responsibility(CSR) towards the society.  

3.

Panera bread should not do adulteration in their product. They must take care of the product they are making. Quality should be maintained and improved as well.

4.

Panera bread company can do promotions on a high scale so as to reach worldwide. By this, they can expand their company also.

Thus, Panera bread company should be fair and right and should not do any wrong practices. They must take care of their customers by making a good quality product. No adulteration to their product which will automatically gain the trust of its public.
