Your friend joked that a cell is like his littoe brother's bathtub with toys floating in it. Critique his analogy. :)
Debora [2.8K]
Although a cell may resemble that, the toys would not resemble the organelles within a cell.

Bathtub toys don’t function on their own, nor do they exactly have a nucleus (unless the nucleus is the little brother). This would be a flaw in the analogy.

That, as well as the fact that bathtubs do not have a selectively permeable cell wall or layer, it has walls that either overflow or don’t.

Hope this helps!

abruzzese [7]

Answer:

d. oral

Explanation:

During the oral phase, food-related activities such as sucking and chewing are the most important.

The main interaction source of the child is done through the mouth, which is of vital importance for food, but also the child through it gets pleasure thanks to satisfactory activities such as tasting and sucking. Because the baby is totally dependent on the caregivers (who are responsible for their feeding), the child also develops a sense of confidence and comfort through this oral stimulation.

Rewrite the following sentences to focus on the positive not the negative
dexar [7]
I set a goal to make my bed every morning this month. I've already done it for 10 days so far. I'm doing pretty well at keeping my resolutions by doing what I said I would! I don't think I'll don't anyone at the event tonight but I'm excited to go and meet new people. I'm sure it will be fun!

Was I allowed to use new words? Hope this helps lol
