Janet has 9 2/3 feet of cloth she needs to cut it into length of 1/3 feet how many complete lengths can she cut? please help! Thank you!

So, from what I'm getting, she needs to cut a 9 2/3 long cloth into 1/3 pieces. You're basically just getting the 9 2/3 and dividing it into 1/3. Your answer would 29 pieces if I'm correct.
