In general you want to be a bit more concise in forming a thesis statement. Usually you should shoot for between 1 and 2 sentences summarizing your argument in a concise way so that it is easily understandable to the reader. Animals should not be used for performing experiments. I say this because while you are performing the experiment on the animal it may go wrong and cause that animal to lose its life. By doing so you are putting the animal in danger of testing things on them. Testing experiments on animals isn't the only way to figure out if soething works. Animals should not be used as guinea pigs.
