I think for a fair and free election, it must be *PRIVATE* so that nothing can be persuaded, next I think that they should be completely transparent with their *INTENTIONS*, next they should make every single person *ACCOUNTABLE* so they can count it properly, next they should count the votes *PUBLICLY* so that they can’t change the votes.
