Health claims can do both, but generally health benefits. For example food industry companies talk about how chicken or pork gives you protein which helps you build muscle, but they don’t talk about how chicken and pork raise inflammation levels in the body which puts stress on the body, which quite frankly may lead to certain types of cancers.
