4. Congress might check the president's power in foreign affairs by impeaching the president or not give him the funding he asks for.  

5. Congress can check the power of the Supreme Court by confirming new justice or adding to the size of the Court.  Congress may also redefine the jurisdiction of the judiciary.  Congress can remove the Court's appellate jurisdiction over particular cases, or issues.
