Space exploration motivates the global scientific and technological workforce. Nasa for instance, has discovered an Earth-size exoplanet that is livable. Without the exploration of space, this never would have been found. Furthermore, the exploration in space has lead to discoveries about Earth. These include learning more about gravity, the magnetosphere, and the atmosphere on our planet, and others. This is just one simple reason why, although dangerous, space exploration is practically essential and is very much needed.
