An interjection is a word that is an abrupt remark. For example, Yikes! and Hey! are interjections. 

A. isn't your answer because it is only a sentence in exclamation.

B. isn't your answer because it is only a sentence in question.

C. isn't your answer because it is just a normal sentence. Nothing in it is an interjection.

D. is your answer because Whoa! is an abrupt remark which is an interjection.

so basically the picture is showing that that the white people could use the better sink buy sadly the black people had to use the small dirty sink this show that this is unfair and all people no matter what race should be treated equal.but as you can see in the picture people the white people did not understand this and so they treated the blacks unfairly.
