ok so how grass grows and how we all know how it grows but, when its in the shade and with barely any light it starts to bend towards the sun to try and find the sun , like bananas they are curved because that's where the sun it at they curver towards the sun and that's what the grass is doing its turning itself towards the sun trying to find the sunlight
