Then set up your next ratio as x/120 since you’re trying to find the commercial minutes. Then cross multiply so that it’s 24x=720 and then x=30 and that’s the amount of commercial minutes for 2 hours.

I quickly did this on paper and here is my answer I’m not 100% sure I’m correct but here it is

In 1 hour the boats will be 15 miles apart. In 3 hours the boats will be 45 miles apart.
