In creating and planning my career goals, I used the above four steps and my friend can benefit from all the four steps. The steps are;

1. Research: This entails using offline and online resources to obtain a wide range of information about the career of my choice. This helped me to know specific aspects of the career I wish to grow further in.

2. Consultations: I consulted professionals and my teachers in the field to interview them on the best ways to achieve my goals.

3. The SMART acronym: This acronym which is important in projects serves as a guide that will help me remain on track and not deviate from my goals.

4. Consider your Interests: Interests helped me to choose careers and goals that I liked so that I will not regret engaging in them in the future.

If my friend follows these steps, he will be able to create and plan good career goals for himself.
