They both require balance, grace, agility, and stamina. You can see this because in ballet you must have stamina to continuously move and no complicated tricks. In football you have to run up and down the Felix requiring a great amount of stamina.

Coconut oil girl! its the BEST for hair and skin im not sure what vitamins they have (you can goggle it) but it leves you with long silky hair and super soft skin.Also eat healthy if you eat/drink greasey foods and gross drinks they mess you up!(and you get a little round >.<)
