A conflict, a battle, a fight, an argument- call it what you want, but it all means pretty much the same thing.

In the story you watched, "The Miracle Worker"; there were MANY examples of character conflicts- some of those conflicts were between the person and themselves and some were between characters.

Below- there are 3 examples of conflicts that happened in the story. Pick 2 examples and write a paragraph FOR EACH showing examples of that conflict AND how it was solved.

Conflict # 1- Helen vs. Helen

Conflict # 2- Anne vs. Keller family

Conflict # 3- Anne vs. Helen

How does Huckleberry Finn's character effect the story?
charle [14.2K]
Huckleberry Finn's character perfectly shows the spirit of the USA of that time. He is a commoner, uneducated and poor, with prejudice but not really sure of what he thinks and why he thinks it so.

What did Mr. Hale want to talk to John Wright about?
a. A cow
b. A phone line
Vanyuwa [196]

Answer:

a phone line

Explanation:

Mr. Hale goes to John and Minnie Wrights' house because he wants to talk to John about sharing a party phone line. During the play's time setting and because of the isolated area, it was not uncommon for neighbors to have a party line.
