Taylor is angry that her friends left for the mall without her. She knows it is her fault because she was running late today. Still, she finds she wants to call her friend and yell at them for not waiting. Write a paragraph about the ways in which Taylor can express her anger in a healthful way.

Answer: Taylor can try many self reflective ways to manager her anger. One option is journaling. Writing down what made you upset, why, and how the situation could've been avoided would help her understand and learn from this experience. She could also try looking up some anger management steps online. Not everyone manages their anger the same way and Taylor might find some things that help her from a second opinion/perspective.

Well for one, she could paint to help her calm down. Maybe she could even go to the mall by herself for some self care products or anything that would make her happy. Releasing anger and built up stress through art or hobbies is a good, non-destructive way.
