The Revolutionaries left behind religion within the government. Puritans believed religious leaders should run government to maintain the groups morality. I watched the news as the reporter interviewed one of the witnesses in this horrific car crash the man looked almost excited to be telling the story he spoke stating that “One moment the road is there, wide open and safe, the next there are loud noises, acrid smells and pain that you may or may not recover from.” he tells it like it’s an action movie but a car crash comes as a shock and that's an aspect the movies and novels aren't good at showing. It is the equivalent of looking without seeing, a form of emotional blindness.
