Answer:

Final lesson= 75 mins.

Step-by-step explanation:

Ok so I see where you got the 27 from because my initial thought was to multiply the 4 and 1/2 times 6 which would equal 27, but it is not asking for that.

They are saying that all six classes combined last for 4 and 1/2 hours, and that each class is the same amout of time. Which means we would have to divide 4 and 1/2 by 6 to find the answer that we are looking for. 4.5 (the decimal version of 4 and 1/2) divided by 6 equals .75. If you use the fraction and divide you would get 3/4 which is the same thing as .75.

This means each lesson is 75 minutes.

Answer:

∠ C = 58°

Step-by-step explanation:

DB is a perpendicular bisector , so

∠ ADC = 2 × 32° = 64°

Since AD = CD then Δ ACD is isosceles with the base angle congruent , then

∠ C = \frac{180-64}{2} = \frac{116}{2} = 58°

11/26 chance that the student plays both instruments.

First, add the amount of students that just play flute or piano:

3 + 5 = 8

Then add 8 to the amount that does not play either instrument:

8 + 7 = 15

Then do:

26 - 15 = 11

Then place 11 over the amount of people:

11/26

If the length of JK is 16.4 miles, it will be diameter of this circle, the radius will be JK/2 = 8.2 miles

As we know the length of circle is 2π*r  in this case r = 8.2

The arc JM is 1/4 length of the whole circle so arc JM = (2π*8.2)*(1/4) = 2π*8.2/4 = π*8.2/2 = π*4.1

if we assume that π=3.14 the answer will be 3.14 * 4.1 = 12.874.... And as the answer needs to be rounded to the nearest tenth it will be 12.874≈12.9

So the answer will be 12.9
