Write an informative essay that explains the qualities of a hero and how to recognize heroes in your life.
lidiya [134]
The qualitys of a hero can be helping others or being kind hearted. You may or nay not believe that heros are all around us! No, im not talking about super heros such as superman or spiderman. Regular everyday people can be heros aswell. Firefighters, farmers, teachers, or even parents. All those people ive listed (and much more) can be heros one way or the next.

( I gave you a head start, you can name more people or add more traits of a hero. Then go in detail how those people you named are heros. For example, farmers work hard everyday to bring food in stores for us to eat etc. It sounds a little cheesy so sorry about that haha)

In what way does Bradbury compare Mildred and her friends to a character from Lewis Carroll’s famous book Alice in Wonderland? A
Elan Coil [88]

Answer:

C. He says their faces have Cheshire cat smiles.

Explanation:

Bradbury compared Mildred and her friends to Cheshire cat, a character in Lewis Carroll's famous book "Alice in wonderland." when he said "They were like a monstrous crystal chandelier tingling in a thousand chimes, he saw their cheshire cat smiles burning through the walls of the house, and now they were screaming at each other above the din."

Mildred and her friends Mrs. Phelps and Mrs. Bowels are shallow creatures in Fahrenheit 451, who are a good example of how ignorance can make someone narrow minded. they were screaming at each other meaning that the Cheshire cat smile shows that they are unhappy. each of then tries to out compliment each other.

The famous cat is popular for it's 'grin'. which can be seen as mad or sarcastic. therefore Mildred and her Friends were said to be having Cheshire cat smiles because their smiles were not real. meaning that for them to be compared to Cheshire cat shows that they are mad or sarcastic.
