get enough sleep, especially since teenagers need it most.
drink plenty of water, since our bodies run on water
maintain a balanced diet
exercise often, but not too often as her muscles would need to take a break
have a good friend group, so that she can be emotionally healthy
and karen should stay away from drugs and alcohol, since her body and brain are still developing

Katie should watch what she eats, this is because a lot of teenagers eat a large amount of junk food an average per day. Katie should also do a lot of exercise so that her body grows healthy and strong! Katie should choose vegetables and fruits and food filled with nutrients for the body, Katie should also not listen to negative peer pressure but use positive peer pressure to her advantage.
