The correct answer to this open question is the following.

Unfortunately, you did not attach the section, the text, the context, or further references to answer your question. Only you know what it is.

However, despite we do not your selections, we can help you comment on the following.

Some people were surprised to learn that Chaka became an NFL official when the news broke on major news outlets and TV shows.

We are talking about Maia Chaka, the first African American referee to officiate football games in the National Football League (NFL).

Chaka had been training since  2014in the Officiating Developmental program of the NFL. NAd she worked very hard with determination and passion to have her great chance in the pros.

This is good news for the diversity and inclusion of American sports. Chaka is the second woman referee. The first one was a lady called Sarah Thomas, who has been officiating pro games since 2015.

Answer:

It produces shivers down the spine, or a feeling of unease.

Explanation:

The narrator hasn't said anything in this excerpt that makes them hard to believe, or unreliable. This excerpt is not particularly optimistic either. There is no blood and gore, but the narrator is clearly made uncomfortable by the painting. So the excerpt produces shivers down the spine, or a feeling of unease.
