vertex point :

x = -8/2(2)= -8/4

=> x = -2 <= this is a symetry axis

f(-2)= 2(-2)²+8(-2)+10=8-16+10=2

the vertex point : (-2, 2)

f(0) = 0+0+10 = 10

the point : (0, 10)
