Enmeshed family is the family that consist the members in which haze or confusion is present that can result in low amount of independence , low freedom, low autonomous behavior and high requirement of loyalty and abnormal expectation.
This type of characteristics leads to dysfunctioning in a family which creates issues and disputes between the members.
The answer is Uganda because they have an autocratic government, and citizens under an autocratic government have little participation with the government.
