Answer:

Talk to someone about it then you might get over it but if it really scarred you then tell your self every day that you need to forgive him a little, but all of that depends on the situation you were in and the position your father was in to make him do that to you cause if something similar happened to him its easy for him to take it out on you. If you don't want to see him then don't its your choice not theirs but if you feel in your heart you should then you should.
